If you live in our local operating area and have some old scrap metal, we can remove it for you. Old washing machines, cookers, tumble dryers, microwaves etc are examples of items that we can take away. Hitherto, we have removed these items free of charge due to the value of the scrap metal involved. Sadly though, with the price of scrap metal in freefall, we now must make a charge for removing these items. We consider the charge to be reasonable, and we will strive to continue to provide a same day/next day service.
